Our Faith Based Corporation under the Greater Cleveland Faith Based Initiative Group has been an employer of Youth, Young Adults and Adults for over 12 years.

Through our youth and young adults program we have hired over fifteen hundred (1500) employees to work with a variety of our workforce development programs through a partnership with Y.O.U. Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

Our adult workforce development programs have placed over a thousand (1,000) employees on jobs with soft skill training through our partnerships with W.E.P Workforce employment program, Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services, CCS Court Community Services.
